Areas of Focus
Pitching
Combining arm care programs with an efficient and personalized throwing routine, we look to cultivate a repeatable delivery that breeds accuracy, creates the right movement, and builds effective velocity.
Hitting
Like pitching, reliable hitting mechanics maximize consistency in results. However, the mechanics of a swing do not account for things like pitch recognition, strike zone awareness, plate discipline, or the ability to hit productively for your team in key situations. We don't just teach swinging...we teach hitting.
Infielding
Unlike hitting and pitching, the fielding mechanics are dependent on a number of external factors. Footwork, arm strength, arm accuracy, relays, tags, and double-play pivots, along with so many other skills, are required to effectively play the Infield. We focus on these things and much more!
